What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep this short because we collect very little.

What this policy covers
This policy covers pixpromptllc.com, the emails we send and receive, and the ad creative services we provide to businesses ("services").
Information we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, company name and anything you include in your message.
- When you work with us: the product links, photos, brand assets, briefs and feedback you send so we can produce your ads.
- When you pay: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers. We receive your name, email, billing country and postal code, and the last four digits of your card.
- Business outreach: we may contact businesses about our services at business email addresses they publish on their own websites. You can opt out at any time (see "Your choices" below).
This website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we use information
- To reply to you, quote, deliver and revise your order.
- To invoice, collect payment and keep the financial records the law requires.
- To send occasional, relevant business emails, which you can stop at any time.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
AI production tools
We produce ads with third-party AI image, video and voice tools, followed by human editing and review. Materials you provide may be processed by these providers only to create your deliverables.
Who we share information with
- Service providers that help us run the business: hosting, email, payments (Stripe), banking, cloud storage and AI production tools. Each receives only what it needs.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A successor business, if PixPrompt is ever merged or sold. This policy would continue to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep project files for up to 12 months after delivery so we can handle revisions and repeat orders, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires, usually seven years.
Your choices
- To stop our emails, reply "no thanks" to any message or email info@pixpromptllc.com. We stop right away, and always within 10 business days.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights. Email us and we'll honor them.
Where information is processed
PixPrompt is a US company whose team works remotely. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses, and are not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
